You can always check the status of the network by calling our office (264 8787) or visiting the "Scheduled Maintenance" page. If we report that there is a problem with the network, please do not make any changes on your router or computer. We're working on it and service will be restored as soon as possible.

If the network status is normal and your are unable to access the internet, we encourage you to try the following before contacting us:

1. Check all cables to be sure they are snuggly seated in their sockets.

2. Power cycle the router by unplugging, waiting 15 seconds, and then replugging, the power injector on the back of the router. Usually this is a small black cable attached to an adapter that is plugged into your power.

3. Power cycle the radio by unplugging, waiting 15 seconds, and then replugging, the black Motorola power inverter from its power outlet.

4. Check the IP addresses in the router if you are comfortable doing so. Launch your browser and type 192.168.1.1(for Linksys routers) in the address bar. You should see a window prompting you for a user name and passwork. Leave the user name blank and type "admin" for the password. You shoud then see a "Static IP" bar followed by a 205.238.x.x number. Your DNS entries should be 205.238.128.39/42. If you see neither a static IP bar nor a 205.238.x.x number or your DNS entries differ from that above or if you see something that says Dynamic, give us a call and we'll help you put the appropriate numbers in the router.

5. If all of the above seems to be in order, please give us a call and report your problem. We want to help you and if we miss your call, we'll call you back as soon as we can.
