The first thing you should
do is contact our offices
and notify us of your desire to cancel service, and by
which date you wish to cancel. Please keep in mind that
if you are canceling within the terms of your one year
contract with TexasData, you may be subject to an early
cancellation fee.
The second thing we
will need is our radio equipment that we installed
outdoors when we first set up service for your home or
office. For this, there is no need for you to climb and
remove it, as we will come and uninstall it ourselves on
a date that we will call you to schedule.
The third thing we will require from you is the power
supply for the radio. Below is a photo of the two
types of power supplies we use, as well as the end of the
power supply that your service cable is plugged into. Please
ensure that this is unplugged and made available to the
technicians when they come to pick up the equipment from
your home or office. If you are unable to locate this power
supply, our technicians will gladly assist in locating
and collecting it.
