Recent Connectivity Issues

Posted on 5/15/2012 1:50 pm

As some of you in the Dripping Springs area may have seen lately, we've had some sporadic connectivity issues and even a degree of downtime here and there that isn't typical of our service. The recent storms that rolled through appear to have created some challenging issues for a couple of towers.

One of these we hope to have fixed tonight in the early hours so that it doesn't affect most people's internet use. The other may require the replacement of equipment or possibly a bit of re-wiring. We apologize for these issues and still ask that you call or send in a support request just in case the issue you're experiencing is unrelated to this maintenance period.

We hope to have all issues resolved by the end of this week. Thank you all so much for your patience as we work to restore things back to normal!

Merry Christmas to you all!
